Moyes wants to bring impressive 21-goal striker to West Ham in summer
It seems that David Moyes is desperate to add another striker to the squad in the summer transfer window.
West Ham have spent some serious money in the last couple of transfer windows and added players to the side that SHOULD have taken them to that next step in their development.
But they have been lacking a 20-goal a season striker for some time now – and with Michael Antonio and Danny Ings coming towards the end of their top level playing days, adding a new striker is on the agenda of Moyes.
According to reports – West Ham are interested in signing Fotis Ioannidis.
The 24-year-old Panathinaikos ace has 21 goals in 38 appearances for the Greek league leaders this term.

West Ham do like to spend money, that is a fact and when they see players that they really like – they go all out.
However – they have taken too many risks in signing strikers over the past few seasons and are still lacking in that department – so adding someone like Ioannidis would be another risk.
He is scoring goals where he is right now – but at the end of the day – the Premier League is the best in the world and many top level stars struggle.
There are a few options for West Ham in the Premier League – and that is where the Hammers should be looking that is for sure.
