Newcastle can complete sensational January deal for just £34 million as £400,000-a-week superstar Hazard ‘no longer wanted’
Newcastle will be able to complete a transfer deal for Eden Hazard in January for a fee of just £34 million, according to reports.
Hazard is a club legend at Stamford Bridge after developing into one of the very best players in world football, so much so, that Madrid paid some big money to take him to Spain.
But Having joined Madrid in a big-money move from Chelsea in 2019, it has been a frustrating two full seasons in the Spanish capital so far for the 30-year-old, and he has barely featured for the Spanish giants
That has led to many reports in the media which have suggested that the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle could make a move for the Belgian in the January window, but were not sure that Madrid would actually sell
However, they have been boosted by the news that Madrid are now open to selling the attacker, as they are fed up with his inability to reach the levels he did while at Chelsea
Now it seems that Newcastle will be able to sign Hazard for alot less than Chelsea sold him for, with reports in Spain claiming that the Spaniards will only demand a fee of around £34 million for the Belgian
However, Hazard does not want to leave and The 30-year-old remains committed to Real Madrid and is willing to show patience in order to force his way back into the starting XI, meaning that The Toon would need to offer him something special to bring him back to the club
Hazard was a superstar a few seasons ago but he is no longer at that Standard and making a move to bring him to Newcastle would be a massive mistake from the Toon Board
He is not the player he is and they would just be paying him to sit on the sidelines injured
