Newcastle free to sign World Class Frenchman – tells Juventus he wants summer move

Newcastle have been given the green light to try and sign Adrien Rabiot after he reportedly told Juventus that he wants to leave the club

Know we all know that Eddie Howe is a man that wants to freshen up his side in this transfer window and spend some of that transfer kitty that he will get on players that will improve the squad

And that means that Howe knows that he will be able to attract the kind of players that will improve this current Toon squad, players that have played at the very top, won trophies and are experienced enough to made a real impact.

Rabiot is a man that Newcastle have been tracking for a number of transfer windows, but they have never managed to get any sort of transfer deal done as the Frenchman has always opted for a bigger move, like PSG, like Juventus.

However, according to L’Equipe , the door is now firmly open for the likes of Newcastle to swoop in, offer Juventus a decent amount of money and bring him to the Premier League as Rabiot has told the club he wants out

The Frenchman knows that he will struggle for game time again next season at Juventus and with it being a world Cup year – he wants more guaranteed football before the French team is officially announced

The 26-year-old’s contract doesn’t expire until 2023 and in a further boost to Newcastle’s chances – but the Bianconeri want to get his £7 million per year wages of their books this summer.

And The fact the midfielder could be available for as little as £12m is a reflection of just how much they are keen to get him out of the club.
