Arsenal ready to do deal for £50M star as Brazilian International a wanted man
Newcastle have set their sights on Gabriel Jesus to replace ARSENAL target Alexander Isak, if the big Swedish star decides to leave the club in the next couple of transfer windows, as he continues to struggle with opening contract talks.
Jesus has been at the Emirates for quite a few seasons now and is a player that Mikel Arteta is really loyal too having worked with the Brazilian star during his time with Man City.
However – the Brazilian has really struggled to keep fit during his time at the Emirates and has found himself watching alot of the games from the bench while he waits to get fully fit once more.
He is fit and has featured a few times this season – but he has struggled to get a regular starting spot simply because of the form of Kai Havertz – who has been in brilliant form this season and is the man that is currently top to lead that Gunners attack.
What is the latest on Isak?
Isak is a player that has been tipped to leave Newcastle for the last couple of transfer windows, and with all the speculation surrounding his new contract and the fact he wants to play Champions League football, many believe he could leave in January or at the end of the season.
And Newcastle have set their sights on Gabriel Jesus to replace Alexander Isak a report in Team Talk says.
The Magpies are starting to look around for possible replacements for the big striker and are ready to splash some of that cash they may get from Isak on Jesus.

ARSENAL have so many brilliant players – they have so many world class stars – but that 20-30 goals a season striker is something that Arsenal have been lacking and that is why they should cash in on Jesus and replace him.
Isak was brilliant for Newcastle last season, he was one of the clubs best players, but Jesus would not be the answer to the issues in replacing Isak that is for sure.
