Will Tuchel leave Chelsea?

Hudson-Odoi wants Chelsea exit – Tuchel wants Auba at Chelsea – James to get massive contract in Chelsea news roundup –

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a player who Thomas Tuchel ‘would love to have’ at Chelsea – Journalist Dean Jones has claimed

Timo Werner had been at the club for the last two seasons – has netted 23 goals for the club – has won the UEFA Champions League, Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup in that time

But he did not make the impact that many had hoped for – and after a few days of rumours – he has headed back to the Bundesliga after Chelsea accepted that he wants to leave – and he signed with former club RB Leipzig

That has led to speculation linking them with Gabonese international Aubameyang and Poyet believes the 33-year-old would be a good signing for ChelseaFC to make.

Auba is now deemed surplus to requirements from the summer signing of Robert Lewandowski – and could be available should the Blues make the right offer for the man

Now – amid all the speculation that Chelsea are plotting a big offer for the player – Jones has come out and claimed that Aubameyang is a player that Tuchel would love to add to his squad this summer

He said: “When he started looking into emergency signings for this team, Boehly asked Tuchel basically who he would love to have, and Aubameyang was one of those names that he gave to him.

“He didn’t say it was a realistic one but said this is a player that could fit because of these reasons. And it was the same time he spoke about getting (Presnel) Kimpembe.”

He is scoring goals over at Barca – in the Spanish League – against teams that are not at the level of the Premier League

There is a reason why Arsenal let their biggest player depart the club – and that was because he was not able to produce the goods in the Premier League

We could be wrong, and he could be a great signing – but honestly – he would not score the goals that ChelseaFC needs

James to get big contract –

Chelsea owner Ted Boehly has decided to hand Reece James a massive seven-year contract

Despite the inconsistent performances from many Chelsea players last season – Reece James really stood out with his levels for the club last season and really impressed many in the media

However – there has been some stunning reports in the media over the past few weeks that he could actually decide to depart Stamford Bridge – with the likes of Man City and Real Madrid both interested in a possible deal

However – according to recent reports, owner Boehly has made a decisive move to resolve James’ “contractual situation”, with the player currently picking up around £70,000-a-week.

Now – according to the Daily Mail – Boehly has made the decision to hand his best young talents long-term contracts worth seven years –

Generally, in English football, clubs look to secure young talent into contracts of up to five years, but Boehly’s vision is commonplace in American sports.

Amid all the speculation – James recently come out and and revealed that he has no plans to leave the club and is planning to stay at Stamford Bridge this summer: “I’d like to think [my future is at Stamford Bridge]. I grew up as a Chelsea fan and you know I made my name playing for Chelsea, the club I’ve always supported but I don’t see why anything would change.

“I play for Chelsea now and I’m enjoying it,” James told BBC Sport when quizzed on a potential move to Real Madrid.

“It is an exciting time. Not much changes from the players or the management’s point of view. I still want to win every competition and every game. There’s no reason why we can’t do that.”

Wow this is massive if the reports are true – as generally – players get offered massive wages to conclude such deals

If he signed a seven-year contract it would take him into his thirties – so it may be a very good decision by the American owner if they can pull it off

Hudson-Odoi wants out –

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi has told the club he wants to leave, sources have told Football Insider.

The English winger, 21, was considered one of the hottest properties in world football just a few years ago – and a player that was tipped to become one of the very best in the world

His performances even attracted the interested of German Champions Bayern Munich – who were ready to make him one of their highest-paid players at the age of just 18, but he signed a new contract at Stamford Bridge.

Many fans then believed he would go on and develop into that world class star that many believed he would become – but he has not reached nowhere near those heights yet – and struggles to even get in the starting eleven.

And after the arrival of Raheem Sterling in the summer window and more talk that there could be another striker signed – he has fallen further down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge – and is not happy

Hudson-Odoi is frustrated by his lack of game time under Thomas Tuchel and wants to join a team where he can be a regular starter – according to Football Insider.

The news will alert a host of clubs who are interested in a possible deal – but Chelsea are hoping to convince him to stay at Stamford Bridge

It has been seen in recent seasons that the best young English talents in the game leave the Premier League and make a name for themselves abroad – so this would be a great move for Odoi – if he does leave the club

It is no great news for the club to see – but at the end of the day we can totally understand his reasons for wanting to depart Stamford Bridge
