Hammers green light to sign defender -Moyes gets chance to sign £60M man – £45M man makes West Ham decision
West Ham get Hudson-Odoi boost – Chelsea green light to sign Milenkovic – Sesko makes transfer decision in West Ham news of the day –
Red Bull Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko has made a decision about joining West Ham after holding talks with the forward
West Ham made the big decision to add Gianluca Scamacca to the side this transfer window after the Italian star had an impressive season last year – but there has been some talk that they are also interested in adding another forward – and Sesko is a man that they have eyed up
He scored 11 goals in all competitions last season and has started this campaign with Salzburg with two goals in three games, also scoring the only goal in a friendly win against Liverpool last month
At 19 he already has a number of caps for his national team and is regarded as one of those young strikers that has the ability develop into one of the very best forwards in world football
West Ham are one of the clubs that have held talks with the player in recent weeks – along with the likes of Newcastle United and Man United – but it seems that his decision has been made
Sky Sport Austria, though, are now reporting that Sesko has decided that he wishes to stay at Salzburg for the 2022-23 season despite the interest from West Ham, United and Newcastle.
‘Benjamin Sesko wants to stay in Salzburg for another year so that he can make the leap like Erling Haaland,’ Sky Sport Austria reporter Marko Stankovic said.
‘That’s Sesko’s plan. Next year we will talk about a really good transfer.’

West Ham have Scamacca and Mikhail Antonio at the club so they dont need to splash £45 million on Sesko
He could have been a decent signing for the club – But he is one player that they dont need right now
Milenkovic boost given –
West Ham United allegedly can sign long-term target Nikola Milenkovic for a bargain fee this summer.
West Ham have completed moves for Aguerd, Gianluca Scamacca, Flynn Downes, and Alphonse Areola so far this summer – but David Moyes knows that he needs to keep on improving the side – especially after the injury picked up by Aguerd
The club chiefs are “fearful” that the centre-back could be ruled out until the World Cup – which kicks off on 21 November – after he had a successful operation on that ankle injury he picked up in pre-season
And recent reports have suggested Aguerd’s injury could mean David Moyes will once again delve into that transfer kitty and try to bring another centre-back to the club – as Kurt Zouma, Issa Diop, Craig Dawson, and Angelo Ogbonna may not be enough
Now it seems that they will have the opportunity to sign one of the clubs long-term targets – as according to a report from Firenze Viola – Fiorentina could sell the 24-year-old centre-back for just £12 million in the summer transfer window.
He is a player that West Ham have been linked with for the last couple of windows – but they have been unable to get a transfer deal done as the Italians have been demanding some serious money

West Ham have shown this transfer window that they are not afraid to spend money if there is a player that they really want – and Milenkovic is a player they want
For £12 million he would be a very good signing for the club and a player that would add a bit of top-level experience to the side
This is a rumour that fans would like to see become a reality
Hudson-Odoi chance given –
West Ham have been given the chance to try and sign Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi after he told the club he wants to leave
The English winger, 21, was considered one of the hottest properties in world football just a few years ago – and a player that was tipped to become one of the very best in the world
His performances even attracted the interested of German Champions Bayern Munich – who were ready to make him one of their highest-paid players at the age of just 18, but he signed a new contract at Stamford Bridge.
But after the arrival of Raheem Sterling in the summer window and more talk that there could be another striker signed – he has fallen further down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge – and is not happy
It has been claimed in recent days that he has not told the Chelsea board that he is looking to leave – and there are numerous clubs that are interested in trying to get a deal done
And with the many reports in the media that David Moyes is still looking to add another winger to the side – IcFootballnews has learned that they have now joined the four other clubs interested in Hudson-odoi

Hudson-Odoi has alot of potential and it has been sad to see that he has not been able to develop at the rate that he should be
It may be that Chelsea is not the place for him – it is not the place he can develop and improve – maybe a move away is the best thing for his career
Chelsea fans will not want to see him depart – but they would also hate if he chose a move across London to West Ham
