£27 million Omur officially tells Liverpool he is interested in signing!

Trabzonspor teenager Abdulkadir Omur has admitted that he would be open to a move to Liverpool in the coming transfer windows.

Despite their fantastic start to the new season, and the fact Jurgen Klopp has built one of the best sides in Europe right now, it is widely expected that the German adds to his squad in the coming weeks with players that will add strength to the squad.

The season is long and Liverpool will be challenging for more than a Premier League title, so Klopp knows he needs more in the squad if he is to serious about where he wants to lead Liverpool and the German boss has been linked with the 19-year-old, who has been coined the “Turkish Messi”.

He has impressed scouts on a number of occasions and reports have claimed that Liverpool are ready to splash close to £30 million to try and secure a deal, something which the young man has welcomed by admitting that he would be open to a move to Liverpool.

Speaking at the weekend, Omur said on the Sky Sports website: “Liverpool are a great club, one of the greatest in the world. These offers are something Trabzonspor need to discuss.

“If the club give the go-ahead, talks can be held. The club’s interests take precedence. I’ll do whatever is in the club’s best interests.”

Would Omur be a good buy for Liverpool?

The lad is clearly sohowing Klopp that hs has the potential to play for a club like Liverpool, but only time will tell if he has the quality to break into a side that is now full of world class players.

He is only 19-years of age and under the guidance of Klopp, he could develop quicker than he is at Tranzonspor, but he needs time to come good.
