21-goal in 26 games star OFFICIALLY tells Arsenal he wants Premier League move

Premier League bound?

Long-term ARSENAL target Victor Osimhen says he wants to ‘achieve his dream’ of playing in the Premier League.

Osimhen is a player that Arsenal have been keeping a very close eye on over the past few months and it is widely believed that they will reignite their interest in the striker at the end of the current season.

Osimhen is one of the best strikers in the world right now having scored 21 goals and made four assists in just 26 appearances this season for Napoli.

Napoli do not wish to sell – But president Aurelio Laurentiis says players like Osimhen , who has been linked to Arsenal, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, are susceptible to receiving other offers “they can’t refuse”.

But while the 24-year-old is committed to the Italian club for now, he has once again stated his desire to move to the Premier League.

‘Playing in one of the top five leagues in the world is an amazing feeling for me and a good fit,’ he said in a press conference on Monday.

‘Now, I’m in one of the best leagues in the world which is the Italian Serie A. But of course, a lot of people worldwide consider the Premier League as the best and the strongest league.

‘I’m working so hard to make sure that I achieve my dream of playing in the Premier League some day. But like I said, it’s a process and I just want to keep on this momentum and continue to do well.’

Osimhen is a brilliant striker that is ready for the Premier League – but with ARSENAL already having Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah – is he really needed at the Emirates?

He would be brilliant signing – but Jesus is the man that will lead the attack next season and Mikel Arteta will not want to sign a forward to replace the Brazilian.
