Powerful star ‘is done at Arsenal’ with PL star on way to the Emirates

ARSENAL legend Martin Keown has indicated Thomas Partey’s time in north London is up.

The Gunners are looking to spend some serious money this transfer window in order to challenge for that Premier League title once again – with Declan Rice the man tipped to make a move.

It is believed that Arsenal want the player – it has been claimed that Rice wants a move to the Emirates and it has even been claimed that personal terms have been agreed – but that £100 million asking price is holding things up.

That means that Thomas Partey may lose his starting spot in the side – which has led to reports that he has been offered a massive contract to make the move to Saudi Arabia.

Now – amid all the speculation and the rumours –  Keown suggested the Ghanaian would be moved on this summer.

He said to RalkSport: “He’s leaving.

“Allegedly, that’s what’s happening.

“They couldn’t rely on him last year. There was a mistake made at West Ham. The manager pulled him out and Jorginho looked a better fit.”

On his day – Partey can be one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and a man that Mikel Arteta can really rely on – but with Declan Rice on his way in – he will not be needed as much.

He is too good to head over to Saudi football – but if the money is too good to turn down – then why not? He has achieved most things in football that many players can only dream of.

Of Course this is only a rumour – but we would not be shocked to see him make that move in the coming weeks
