Agent admits Arsemal target looking for lucrative offer, Arteta told Upamecano on the move, Inter waiting for Arsenal offer, signing to be Arsenal success and Isco wants move
Yazici wants lucrative transfer, Upamecano to leave RB Leipzig, Inter waiting for Eriksen offer, Isco wants change and Pepe to be success in Arsenal roundup…
Arsenal target Yusuf Yazici and his club Lille want a lucrative transfer for the midfielder, his agent claims.
It is no secret that Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is eager to spend some money in the coming transfer windows and add a bit more creativity to the side after seeing his side struggle to score the goals this season.
And that has led to alot of speculation that in the January window, Arteta will be backed in order to add a bit more quality to his midfield, and there has been some reports suggesting that Yazici is on the shopping list.
The Turkish midfielder has been one of the top stars at Lille this season, hitting two hat-tricks in the Europa League already in this campaign, and He has been likened to Mesut Ozil for his creativity.
Now the 23-year-old’s representative Adem Cebeci believes an eventual switch to the Premier League would suit Yazici and his Ligue 1 side, Cebeci told Turkey’s Demiroren News Agency: “It is really an honour for the big clubs to take care of Yusuf because Yusuf has goals and is moving towards this goal.
“(Lille) Sporting director (Luis) Campos likes Yusuf’s game very much. That’s why he worked hard for his transfer.
“When Yusuf reaches his true potential, they want to sell him to very good clubs for a very good price, and that doesn’t seem too far.”
Inter Milan are waiting on an ‘attractive offer’ from Arsenal for Christian Eriksen, reports from Italy have claimed
After establishing himself as one of the most creative players in the Premier League with Tottenham, Eriksen decided that he had had enough at Spurs and believed that he was ready to make a move to a bigger club like Inter.
However, since his move to Italian football, it has not worked out like he would have hoped with Inter and he has been constantly linked with a return back to the Premier League, with Arsenal one of the favourites to get a transfer deal all wrapped up.
Now, Corriere dello Sport claim that Nerazzurri are determined to sell the wantaway midfielder in January, and the ‘foundations’ of a sale are there, it is claimed, with the Gunners and Paris Saint-Germain expected to be the most interested in the former Tottenham star.
The reports come after club chief executive officer Beppe Marotta confirmed that Eriksen would be free to leave in the January transfer window, he recently said “Yesterday, Conte answered in a very comprehensive way,” Marotta told DAZN, with the head coach having already been asked about Eriksen’s long-term future.
“I clearly add that we will not hold a footballer back if they ask to be transferred. We will have to make the right evaluations.
“Conte is using [Eriksen] with respect for the player and the club. At the moment no offers have arrived, but at the appropriate time we will try to make the right decisions.”
Reports have claimed Arsenal been handed a boost in their chase for French defender Dayot Upamecano
Upamecano has become one of the most in-demand young defenders in the game right now and has been attracting interest from all the Premier League’s big clubs, with Chelsea in the chase to land the gifted Frenchman.
Mikel Arteta may have spent some serious money in the last transfer window transforming this Arsenal side, but there is still talk that he needs to delve into that transfer kitty one more time in the coming windows in order to add another defender to the squad.
David Luiz has been brilliant for Arsenal this season next to Gabriel, but the Brazilian will not be at the club for too many more seasons, meaning that Upamecano would be needed.
Now, according to former Premier League star Jan Aage Fjortoft, Upamecano will be leaving Leipzig in the coming transfer windows with the German side open to the idea of letting him leave for the right amount of money.
Upamecano did pen a new contract with Julian Nagelsmann’s side in the summer, but that was said to protect his value in the transfer market.
Gunners winger Nicolas Pepe has been backed to succeed at Arsenal by agent Samir Khiat.
Pepe is the clubs record signing and a player that they had big hopes for, but since his move to the Emirates just a few seasons ago, Arsenal fans have not been impressed by the performances of the winger.
He has failed to hit the heights that many had of him, and looks like a deer lost in the headlights on most occasions when he steps onto that pitch, and his latest performance would not have helped things.
Pepe is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons after he recklessly picked up a red Card in the 0-0 draw with Leeds at the weekend, and it has caused many fans to urge the club to get rid of the winger in the coming windows.
However, The representative of Pepe has defended his man last night following his red card versus Leeds, He said on L’Equipe’s live show: “We are always expecting more from Nicolas Pepe which is normal because he has been transferred to Arsenal for a consequent transfer fee.
“He is still adapting and he is being asked to perform better, which is normal.
“He has been transferred for an important fee and he knows it.
“Nicolas is not cheating, he is not a cheater. He maybe needs more time to adapt, but it will eventually work well.”
Real Madrid outcast and long-term Arsenal target Isco “wants to try another league”, says his father and agent Paco Alarcon.
Arsenal have just spent some serious amount of money on improving their squad over the last transfer window, and have put together a pretty good side, but they are lacking a bit of creativity in that middield.
Mikel Arteta has made no secret of his desire to add to that midfield in the coming transfer windows, and there has been alot of speculation in the media which have suggested that Arsenal have expressed an interest in trying to sign the Spaniard.
Now It could be that Isco follows the lead of former Blancos team-mates Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez in swapping life in the shadows at Real for a more prominent role in England, after his agent admitted that he wants to test himself in another league.
Alcarcon told El Larguero: “Right now we have not received offers, but he wants to try another league.”
Isco is a brilliant player and it has been a shock to see that he is not able to get the game time that he wants, especially as Madrid have been struggling for goals already this season.
