Personal terms and £68M fee agreed for player Liverpool really wants to sign!

Regarded as one of the finest attacking talents in the game, there was intense competition from Premier League clubs Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United for the services of the young man as they all looked to improve their attacks.

However – PSG have emerged victorious in the pursuit of Kvaratskhelia’s signature, according to Fabrizio Romanoas the young attacker is not set to make a move to the French League after deciding he wanted to leave Napoli.

Kvaratskhelia has agreed to personal terms with PSG ahead of the move. The 23-year-old winger is set to commit to a five-year contract with the Parisian club. The deal could ultimately cost PSG close to £68M when performance-based bonuses are factored in.

Napoli manager Antonio Conte revealed Kvaratskhelia’s desire to leave the Italian side at the weekend: “Kvara has asked to be sold. The club told me and he confirmed it,” Conte informed.

“I feel very disappointed because in these six months, I have put him at the centre of the project making him understand that something important could be done and I have worked with the club for the renewal, instead we are back to the beginning.

‘Evidently, I have not been so incisive in convincing the parties to move forward together, today I find myself at a point where I have to take a step back.”

It has been a shock to see that the talented attacker wanted to leave Napoli at this stage of the season, but it seems that money PSG are offering is simply too good to turn down and that is why he is not coming to the Premier League.

The French League is decent, but if Kvaratskhelia had the desire to become a top player he would not be joining a League that has one or two top clubs in it.
