United sent £130 million transfer message, Man United told £100m target has agreement to leave and Solskjaer announces he wants world class duo to stay

Raiola drops Haaland message, Sancho has agreement to leave, Ole wants Pogba and Cavani stay in Manchester United roundup…

Mino Raiola has revealed the two things Erling Haaland is looking for in a potential transfer, with Manchester United a club linked with a move

Regarded as one of the finest strikers in world football right now, there has been alot of speculation in the media that United are one club that are lining up a massive £90 million offer in the transfer window to get a deal done.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to add a striker to the squad that is able to land 30-goals a season and is hoping that he gets the funds to delve into that market and beat off Real Madrid and Barcelona to the signature of Haaland

Now his agent has come out and told United the two things that Haaland is move interested in, he told AS: “Haaland is interested in two things: scoring goals – because he is like a Cristiano or a Zlatan, he has that positive obsession – and winning titles.

“He will choose, surely, where those two things together happen more. It is very difficult to lie.

However, he failed to name Chelsea as a possible destination for the big man, which will worry many fans out there, he added: “When a club like Barcelona or Madrid arrives, with so much history and so great, it is difficult to say no. PSG is entering this group of greats, City is trying to get there, Juve has always been there.

“The championship they play also matters. PSG plays the worst league of the greats. Bayern are already in an attractive league, but we know that they always win it. In Spain there are three with options.”

It will be interesting to see where Haaland ends up and how much for, it will be the biggest transfer of the summer

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hopes that Manchester United’s improvement this season will convince Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani to remain at the club

Despite his troubles this season, Solskjaer is on the verge of leading United into another Europe League final while also finishing second in the Premier League.

But there has been alot of rumours in the media, again, that Cavani and Pogba are seeking to pack their bags at the end of the season and leave Old Trafford, for two very different reasons.

Pogba has been a magnet for speculation surrounding his future ever since his return to the club from Juventus, while Cavani is hoping to make a return to his homeland to finish off his glittering football career.

But Solskjaer remains keen for both to remain on the Old Trafford books: “[Paul] knows my feelings about him and that I want him to stay,” the Norwegian told his pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday’s clash with champions Liverpool at Anfield.

“It’s about creating an environment that we thrive in, a competitive environment and a team who challenge for trophies.

“He and Edinson are winners but they are also human beings and it’s important that they enjoy coming in and enjoy playing for this team.

“If we can play like [we did in a 6-2 win over Roma on Thursday] against Liverpool, and they can feel our progress, our chances are probably bigger to keep them.”

It would be very good to see these two players stay at the club this summer, but we have a feeling that one, at least, will be departing the club.

Manchester United target Jadon Sancho has a gentlemen’s agreement with Borussia Dortmund that would allow him to secure an exit under certain criteria, sporting director Michael Zorc has confirmed

It is no secret that Sancho was the number one transfer target for the top clubs during the summer transfer window, but no deal could get done for the winger as his asking price was far too high.

Sancho endured a slow start to the 2020-21 campaign after being heavily linked with a move to the Premier League giants, but has started to get back to his best since the turn of the year

But with the transfer window just a few months away, there is already speculation in the media that he will be allowed to leave Dortmund at the end of the season, should the likes of Chelsea, or Manchester United, make a significant offer for his services.

Now, amid all the speculation, Zorc has confirmed Sancho has a gentlemen’s agreement with Borussia Dortmund that would allow him to secure an exit under certain criteria, which will give Chelsea a massive boost.

“We already had a gentlemen’s agreement with Jadon last year that he can switch under certain conditions,” Zorc told ARD .

“He’s been with us for a couple of years. However, this agreement does not exist with Erling.”

Sancho is a player that will go on to do great things, and will go on to demand a big asking price. United would be a fantastic place for him to develop, especially under the guidance of Solskjaer

So even though there are a few months to go, and even though United are still seeking to win some trophies, Sancho is a statement signing that would send a message to the rest of the Premier League.
