Pogba bother makes transfer announcement, Man United close in on £200,000-a-week deal after announcement, Watke ready to sell Sancho to likes of Manchester United he reveals

Guys here is a roundup of the latest Manchester United news, gossip and transfer rumours from icfootballnews over the past 24 hours.

Florentin Pogba says he wants to see his brother and Manchester United midfielder Paul sign for Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.

The £150million-rated Frenchman is widely expected to depart Old Trafford this summer after failing to establish himself as one of the clubs most important players since his mega money move from Juventus just a few seasons ago.

And that has led to all sorts of transfer speculation in the media that he could be on his way out of the club at the end of the season, with Real Madrid and Juventus the two clubs who are interested in signing Pogba, and now his agent has hinted that he could finally be leaving the club.

His agent Mino Raiola has hit out at United on more than one occasion and suggested on numerous occasions that this will be the final season for Pogba at United, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reiterated that it will be the club who has the final say on Pogba and whether or not he stays at the club in the summer window.

Now Florentin has admitted that he wants to see his brother make the move to Madrid, Florentin told El Chiringuito: “At the moment, there’s no talk about it, but I’ve always said that I want my brother to sign for Real Madrid.

“It’s not a money problem, because Madrid can put the money. I don’t know how much [Paul] is worth. It’s all politics and football. It started when Ronaldo signed at Madrid for €94m, and after that… [mimics explosion].

“There are youngsters who move for €80-90m that haven’t won a trophy, and remember that when Ronaldo signed for Madrid, he had won trophies with Manchester United.”

Manchester United target Willian has dealt Chelsea a blow after admitting he could leave this summer transfer window.

There has been talk that he could be leaving at the end of the season as reports in the media have suggested that Chelsea may not be willing to offer him a new contract because of his age, and may be willing to let him leave the club on a free transfer, with the likes of Juventus and Barcelona eyeing up a possible deal

But despite Hakim Ziyech’s impending arrival in the summer, recent reports have claimed the transfer will not impact Willian, and that Chelsea and the stars representatives are still in talks to try and agree a deal that would allow him to stay at the club for the next few years, but there is still some doubt that he could leave the club.

It is no secret that United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to add some experience and quality to his midfield, and has been a big fan of Willian for seasons now, and considering the fact that Willian would come one a free, it is right down the alley of the United hierarchy.

Now the Brazilian has opened up and admitted that he could actually leave the Blues in the summer, Speaking to ESPN Brazil he said: “I still don’t know. There’s nothing with any other team.

There’s no offer from any team. My negotiation for now is with Chelsea. There’s still nothing concrete from any team.

“And the situation with Chelsea is still that way. They offered me two, I demanded three, and it stopped there. There’s nothing much. I always like to make it very clear the respect I have for this club, the affection I have.

“Regardless of my situation, one thing I can say: I’ll always try to do my best, give my best on the pitch for this team. There’s really no offer from any club.”

Manchester United have received a boost in their bid to sign Jadon Sancho after Borussia Dortmund’s CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke revealed they would consider letting him leave.

United were expected to delve into their transfer kitty over the January window and bring in a few statement signings that would make an impact on the side, and give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side that extra push they need to get back inside the top four by the end of the season.

However, United could not get a deal done for Sancho as Borussia Dortmund did not want to sell their best player half way through the season, and in the end, United failed to make the kind of signings that they needed to improve the side enough.

But United are expected to resume their interest in the summer and will reportedly pay up to £100million for his signature, especially after seeing the young man become the youngest player in the Bundesliga to score 25-goals earlier this season.

And although Dortmund would love to hold onto the talented teenager, they are prepared to discuss his exit should he want to go, Watzke told RMC Sport: “Jadon is a very, very great talent, perhaps the greatest currently in Europe among players under the age of 21.

“In my opinion, he has the potential to become one of the top two or three players in the world in the years to come. We will do our best to keep him as long as possible. We have a very good relationship with him.

“But if one day, he comes to see us and tells us that he wants to leave the club, then we will discuss it.”

Sancho is a brilliantly gifted midfielder that does have all the potential to become one of the best midfielders in the game, and for that £100 million valuation on his head, it could be a great investment from the Blues.

As we said, Sancho is a brilliant winger that has all the ability to go on and become one of the best wingers in the game, and if there is chance for United to wrap up an early summer deal, they should, but only for the right price.

But they need to move quick as the youngster is once again smashing the Bundesliga and making that price tag even bigger on a weekly basis.
