Decision made on £52 million star as Arsenal seek to get transfer deal done!
It seems that the future of Xavi Simons has been made by PSG – amid speculation that Arsenal are interested in the star.
The 21-year-old, after bagging 19 goals and eight assists during a loan at PSV Eindhoven last season, has racked up seven goals and 11 assists during his stint at RB Leipzig this season.
There has been talk that he will head back to parent club PSG at the end of the season to be given a chance in their squad – but that ha snot stopped speculation that a number of Premier League clubs will make a cheeky offer for the talented attacker.
Spanish outlet Sport recently reported that the Ligue 1 giants are willing to start discussions for the 21-year-old at €60million (around £52million)
However – according to Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain have informed Xavi Simons’ representatives that they won’t sell the player permanently in the upcoming summer window amid interest from Barcelona.
If the player does not want to return to Paris in the summer, he could be sent out on loan and will be given the freedom to choose his next destination.

Another day – another talented player linked with a move to ARSENAL. But unlike many of the other talents linked – Simons is making some serious noise in the game and impressing in different Leagues and the Champions League.
For the right money – he would be a great signing – it is that simple guys as he is a player that has massive potential and under the right boss could really develop into something special.
So the news that PSG dont want to sell him is not a massive surprise – it just means that he may have to force a move away from the club
