£58M star has decided Chelsea is where he wants to be after holding talks

Chelsea star Christian Pulisic has now decided to stay at Stamford Bridge after holding ‘clear the air talks

The American star was hailed as one of the best and most exciting young wingers in world football – and his performances for Borussia Dortmund lead to Chelsea spending £58 million for the player

However – despite some decent performances in that Chelsea shirt – Pulisic has not hit the heights that many had hoped for and has fallen further down the pecking order after the arrival of Raheem Sterling

That has led to some shock reports in the media which have claimed that he is ready to leave the coub – and Chelsea are very much open to letting him leave Stamford Bridge if they receive the right offer.

However – after reportedly holding clear the air talks with Chelsea – Journalist Simon Phillips has opened up and claimed that Pulisic has now decided to stay at the club and fight for his place

Phillips told GIVEMESPORT: “I’m told Christian Pulisic is now likely to stay. That’s after conversations and clear the air talks.

“I think they involved his father, who has been involved in some interesting social media activity after last weekend.”

Pulisic is a brilliant winger and Chelsea fans are just waiting for that moment that he shines in that Blues shirt –

He has plenty of time to develop – so for right now – he does not need to go anywhere and should stay and fight

So, it is good news that he has decided to stay at the club as he is a player that Tuchel likes to have in the squad – especially as he can change a game when he is actually on top form
