Regretting leaving Eden? Chelsea fans will love this as Hazard sends Blues some love

Real Madrid star Eden Hazard has opened up and admitted that he would like to work under Chelsea boss Frank Lampard.

After months, and months and months AND MONTHS of transfer speculation and rumours in the media, Hazard finally departed the Bridge during the summer transfer window in a deal that will cost Madrid over £80 million in transfer fees.

The little Belgian admitted on numerous occasions that he would love to play for Madrid and Chelsea in the end let him go after seven seasons, numerous goals and a ton of trophies, but his start to life at the Bernabeu has not been the best.

He has barely found the net, his weight has been a concern and he does not look like the player that shone so much at Chelsea, but he has had to watch Chelsea begin the new season in fine fashion under the guidance of Frank Lampard.

Lampard’s impressive coaching has taken the Premier League by storm as he put together a strong side with exciting young talent and no transfers, due to the season-long ban the Blues were dealt with by FIFA in the summer.

The Real Madrid star is impressed with the way young players like Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Callum Hudson-Odoi have adjusted to the first team, and has admitted that he would like to work under his former team-mate.

Hazard told Sky Sports when asked if he would like to have played under Lampard: “Yeah, of course.

“When I watch them, [there is] no Hazard but it is a party. “They can score a lot of goals, the fans are happy, they are third in the league, it is going to be a great season.
“They just need to stay there and win games.

“We all know Willian, Jorginho they are very good.

“Also with the young players coming through, it is great to see the club high and I hope they can stay there.”

One goal in 11 appearances for Madrid this season is not what the Spanish giants expected, but he is not being missed by Chelsea fans as they are seeing some of most exciting football they have seen in years.

So maybe the little Belgian is missing life at Chelsea?
