Manchester United hero welcomes New signing to Old Trafford with touching message
Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand sent a touching personal video message to summer signing Leny Yoro.
Manchester United and Lille reached a deal and are about to exchange all relevant documents. The centre-back passed his medical this week and he ha snow joined Erik ten Hag’s pre-season squad.
Ten Hag is in need of a top defender to replace Raphael Varane and the France Under-21 international appears to be the answer, but the Red Devils have been warned that Yoro is not quite ready to make the impact that is needed.
But that has not stopped Ferdinand sending a message to the brand new Man United signing – Ferdinand filmed himself saying: “Leny! Leny! Leny! How are you doing bro? Listen, congratulations. Welcome to Manchester United, man.
“I wish you all the best. I know you’re going to work hard – and that’s the secret, man: work hard, work hard, work, work, work on all the parts of your game.

Yoro has been signed for his potential and Ten Hag knows that he needs to develop over the next few seasons – but the lad is a serious talent and we are sure that he could be brilliant for Manchester United in the coming seasons.
