Bukayo Saka is in love with Arsenal and has no intention of leaving the club, the fans have been told

Over the last couple of seasons Saka has developed into one of the best attackers in the Premier League and easily one of the most exciting talents in world football right now

He has been heavily tipped to be a future captain of the Gunners – but has also been linked with a move away from the club as a new contract has not been signed, and he is on a measly £30,000-a-week

The Gunners board know that Saka is desperate to start challenging for all the major trophies in the game and play in the Champions League – and they are a couple of years away from doing that

It has led to alot of speculation in the media which have suggested that Man City and Liverpool are eyeing up a potential transfer deal for the young player that is now surely valued at close to £80 million

However, Arsenal fans need not be worried as Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the talented winger has no intention of leaving the club – he said: “There will be a direct discussion because the club is preparing the proposal for the extension of the contract, and from the player there has always been a positive feeling.

“At the moment there are no changes related to the situation for the Champions League spot race: Saka is in love with Arsenal, but obviously the negotiations are still at early stages.

“As of today, Saka is not yet negotiating with other clubs, even if you may have heard murmurings about interest from Manchester City and Liverpool.”

Saka is a player that is developing very nicely at the Emirates right now under the guidance of Mikel Arteta – so he needs to sign that new contract and stay for a few more years, as he has no need to leave the club

Then if the Arsenal are not winning the biggest titles and playing Champions League football, then he should consider leaving the club

But he will have a great future in the game, if he keeps on working hard, keep his feet on the ground and make the right career choice
