£500,000-a-week superstar drops hint he will be Man United player in summer – message sent to Ten Hag

Cristiano Ronaldo has dropped his biggest hint yet that he will remain at Man Utd under incoming boss Erik ten Hag.

Ronaldo made the big decision last summer to move back to Manchester in hope that he would be joining a side that is capable of challenging for that Premier League title – adding a cup and getting back into the Champions League.

But the Portuguese star – who has 12 months left on his contract at Old Trafford – is set to miss out on Champions League qualification after a very disappointing season in which they will get the lowest ever points total in the clubs Premier League history

Ronaldo has netted an impressive 24-goals in all competitions this season – and has carried the team at times this season – but there has been alot of speculation that he has been considering his future at the club

However, he has dropped the biggest hint that he will be part of the Ten Hag era next season after admitting that he is excited to see the Dutchman make the move to Manchester,
Ronaldo said: “I know that he has done a fantastic job at Ajax, and that he is an experienced coach. But we have to give him time.

“Things must change the way he wants. If he does well, all of Manchester United will be successful, so I wish him well.

“We are all happy and excited, not only as players, but as fans as well. We have to believe that next year we can win titles.”

Ronaldo has been brilliant at times for Man United this season and it would be a shame to see him depart the club when they are getting a top-class manager

So this hint will be a massive relief to the club
