Attacker reveals ‘It’s a dream come true’ to be at Chelsea after summer deal!
Talented Forward Frankie Runham has revealed its a dream come true that he managed to sign up with Chelsea this summer.
The new deal comes six months after the player signed his first professional contract a day after his 17th birthday in January. Runham has been with CHELSEA since he was eight and will continue to develop at the club for the foreseeable future.
He is thrilled to continue his career with this club and looks ahead to the upcoming Premier League 2 campaign with preparations well under way at Cobham: ‘It’s a dream come true,’ he told the club website:. ‘I have been at CHELSEA since I was a young boy and extending my stay means everything to me.
‘On a deeper level, the club means a lot to me. I have spent my whole childhood growing up on the pitches at Cobham and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. My life is here. Blue is in my blood!
‘Signing the contract was another milestone and a huge moment not just for me, but for my family. They are immensely proud and it’s great to see my hard work being noticed.’
‘Signing a new contract gives me an opportunity to continue to improve and develop, which I will take with both hands. Being based here at Cobham, there is only a path that separates us and the senior team, and I hope to cross that boundary soon.

CHELSEA have a plan for the future that involved alot of the talent that is already at the club – He will need to work even harder to fulfill his Chelsea dream – but this is certainly the step in the right direction and the lad will be delighted that he has agreed a new contract at the Blues.
