Klopp ready to smash club record and bring world class winger to Liverpool

Liverpool are ready to smash their transfer record to sign Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sane after identifying him as Mohamed Salah’s replacement.

Salah has been one of the best attacking midfielders in world football for LIVERPOOL over the past few seasons and a man they can really rely on when it comes to scoring goals.

Salah notched 30 goals and 16 assists in 51 appearances across all competitions last term for Liverpool – but became disappointed after the Reds missed out on Champions League football.

In total he has scored close to 200 goals through over 300 appearances that have seen him break countless records. His efforts have helped the Reds to Premier League, Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Community Shield honors.

Salah signed a new LIVERPOOL contract just last summer (2022), keeping him at the club until June 2025 and netting him a reported wage of £350,000-a-week, but there has been some talk that a stunning transfer move to Saudi Arabia could happen.

And Saudi Pro League director of football Michael Emenalo, formerly of Chelsea, has effectively been spearheading the division’s efforts to attract more big names in the future.

Now it has been claimed that LIVERPOOL will make a stunning move for Leroy Sane should Salah decide to leave the club in the winter window.

Sane has a contract with the Bundesliga champions until 2025 but Liverpool are reportedly ready to break their previous transfer record of £80m, which they paid for Darwin Nunez, to sign the German international, according to the Mirror.

Salah is still one of the very best players in world football and a man that is still scoring goals for fun, so it would be strange for him to take the money and move to Saudi Arabia now.

But Sane would certainly be a very good replacement for the winger that is for sure.
