Arne Slot wants to being Powerhouse to Liverpool this transfer window

Juventus defender Gleison Bremer has emerged as a “top target” for Liverpool target Arne Slot, it has been claimed.

LIVERPOOL have been linked with a whole load of players over the last few months – but that has just been speculation as the club have not made the signings that Arne Slot must have been hoping for.

However A TEAMtalk report has suggested Bremer is “heading the wanted list” for Slot as he prepares to add to the squad he inherited from Jurgen Klopp.

Joel Matip left the club at the beginning of the season – meaning that Slot will need to sign someone that can play alongside the world class Virgil Van Dijk for the upcoming season, and Bremer is seen as that player.

Bremer is a solid unit – he is powerful and is decent on the ball – for the money that is being talked about he could be a very solid addition to that Reds back-line. He is not the massive name that fans want – but he is proven at the very top of the game.

The summer transfer window sill give Slot the opportunity to sign players that will help improve the side – and he is probably hoping that he gets the backing of the board to sign players that have established themselves in the game because they already have a number of talents.

If LIVERPOOL do sign Bremer – he would be a solid addition to the side that is for sure, but the Reds will face a fight as Man United are also interested in the defender.

But as we just said – he could be a really good buy for Slot and Liverpool
