Spaniard can join Chelsea for £66M – Blues target wants big move – Shock Chelsea signing has something to prove

The uncle of Aston Villa star and CHELSEA target Jhon Duran has opened up and claimed that he is hoping that the striker could earn himself a big time move in the future if he continues to score the goals he has been this season.

Duran, who was linked with Chelsea and West Ham over the summer, has scored five goals in eight games so far this season, helping Villa continue their impressive form after they finished fourth last term.

He is a player that CHELSEA were heavily linked with during the summer window, but with Aston Villa having such a high price tag on the lads head – a move for the Blues never managed to happen and he obviously stayed put.

But Oswaldo Duran, has made a bold claim regarding his nephew’s future.  Speaking to Gol Caracol, he claimed that if Duran continues to develop and improve his game, he could soon be playing for Real Madrid.

He said: “We are talking about a player who, if he has his feet on the ground, if he lets himself be guided by his advisors, will be very great because he is very young and is not yet mature as an athlete.”

“If his behaviour was not the best, it is normal; you have to let him see it and he will correct it. Having character is different from seeing or believing that others are less than me.”

“Not speaking to people is not character for me, but because I am related to him and have known him since I was a child we believe that we have already achieved everything and since he is young, he may suddenly think that, but I have enormous faith that he is going to correct his behaviour.”

“Jhon Jader is still a 20-year-old boy and there is a lot of room for improvement. When he plays as a starter, he will be among the top scorers in any league he plays in. God gave him virtues that he has to take advantage of and polish, such as his aerial game or getting behind the backs of defenders.

“Let’s hope that the next sale is to Real Madrid.”

SANCHO HAS SOMETHING TO PROVE – 

Louis Saha believes Jadon Sancho is performing for CHELSEA because he is “desperate” to prove Erik ten Hag and Manchester United wrong after impressing during his first few weeks at the Blues after his shock summer move to London.

A few seasons ago – Sancho was easily one of the most exciting young players in the Bundesliga, a player that was tipped to become one of the best and a player that all the big clubs wanted.

It was Manchester United that eventually won the race to secure the services of the winger, but despite all that talent, despite all the hype, he was just unable to live upto the expectations that many had on him and he become a real flop at the Red Devils.

He was keen for a fresh start over the summer and with Chelsea seeking to add some more quality to the wings – the decision was made to take him to Stamford Bridge for the season, and he has impressed so far.

Now – Saha believes Jadon Sancho is performing for Chelsea because he is “desperate” to prove Erik ten Hag and Manchester United – The former United striker told CasinoHawks: “Jadon Sancho will be desperate to prove Manchester United wrong by impressing at Chelsea and sometimes you just have a better chemistry with a different group of players.

“That will be his motivation when it comes to rebuilding his career and reinventing himself. We all know of his skills and his personality, but things weren’t going to be repaired at United.

“That was bringing bad energy and it was sad for everyone at the club, the players and the manager. It’s very sad because he wanted to be a legend at the club.”
