Spaniards tells Manchester United pay £84.6 million and world class defender can be signed!
Barcelona have told the likes of Manchester United that they want in excess of €100 million (£84.6m) for Ronald Araujo
Erik Ten Hag is still the man that the United board feel can take the club forward after all the rumours in the media stopped once the decision was made to keep the Dutchman at the club
Araujo has been a player that has been linked with a move to the Premier League for the last few seasons and he could once again be on the transfer market if Barcelona make a decision on his future.
While the centre-back has been linked with a move away – the 25-year-old has repeatedly stressed his desire to stay at the Catalan outfit.
Mundo Deportivo reports that Barcelona are standing firm over Araujo’s availability and will not consider selling the 25-year-old unless they receive a transfer fee above €100m (£84.6m).
The report claims that Chelsea, United and Bayern Munich, who tried to sign Araujo in the January transfer window, have all made approaches for the defender.

If Barcelona make the decision to sell the defender in the Summer window – he would be a brilliant addition to that Manchester United side – especially now that Rafa Varane has left the club.
Ten Hag will want players that are proven at the very top of the game and he will need the backing of the board if he is to get the players he feels could take the club forward in the coming season.
Araujo would be a great signing for the club that is for sure and would that would improve that Blues back-line – but the Premier League giants may be put off by that massive asking fee.
