Huge Statement signing to follow £50M Paqueta to West Ham!
West Ham have been told that a statement signing could be making a move to West Ham after the arrival of Lucas Paqueta
Paqueta has been a player that many top Premier League clubs have been eyeing up this summer after his impressive season with Lyon last year – but it is the Hammers that are about to complete the signing of the player
It is believed he will be signing a deal worth around £100,000-a-week – and will be another statement signing from the Hammers as they seek to start winning games and climbing up that Premier League table
But that may not be the end of their transfer business – as Paddy Kenny has claimed that another statement signing could be making their move to the club: “Moyes is saying they need a few players, I think we all knew that,” pundit Paddy Kenny told Football Insider
“Listen, West Ham are still a good team, they have just had a few poor results at the start of the season, it happens.
“I just thought we would have seen a bit more activity from them this summer, maybe a big statement signing. There could be a huge statement signing alongside Paqueta, I can see it happening.
“There was fresh investment last year and that hasn’t really seen the light of day yet, it has just been a bit of a surprise.
“I really do rate that West Ham team, the likes of Bowen and Antonio”
