“They’re both fantastic” Liverpool told to sign £120M PL Duo

Ex-Liverpool defender Mark Lawrenson believes his former club should sign Crystal Palace duo Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze this summer

Arne Slot is the man that will take over from Jurgen Klopp when he officially departs the club at the end of the season – and that means that the Dutchman will need to revamp the side the German has built.

Slot plays a different kind of football to Klopp and will need to sign players that will be able to come in and adapt quickly to his new style – and the pressures that the Premier League bring to stars.

However – both Eze and Olise are two stars that have been tipped to make a move away from Palace at the end of the season and LIVERPOOL have been mentioned as one of the clubs that could be interested in signing the duo.

Now – Speaking to Paddy Power, Lawrenson said the Reds could make an approach for the pair of them:

“I’m not being funny, but Liverpool should be in for Michael Olise and Ebere Eze. Olise went past everyone for his goal, and I think he’s slightly better. He’s a fab talent and if you’re a top 6 club, you’d be making a phone call and wanting to take him.

“They’re both fantastic but on the flip side, they get injured a lot so you have to be very careful. It may be that they’re still growing, or that they find it difficult to play two games a week. But in terms of talent, they’ve both got loads.”

Olise and Eze are far too good to be playing for Palace, sorry Eagles fans, so it would make sense that they could be part of that new side at Liverpool – and they could be some solid additions.

They are good enough for top six sides – especially Olise – and we wouldnt be surprised to be one of them in that LIVERPOOL shirt by the end of the summer window
