United ready to sign Traore, Havertz message sent, United keen to wrap up Koulibaly deal in Manchester United news…

Owen Hargreaves has compared in-demand Bayer Leverkusen winger and Manchester United target Kai Havertz to Michael Ballack and Mesut Ozil.

Havertz is regarded as one of the finest talents in the game right now and has been constantly linked with a move to the Premier League at the end of the season, with Manchester United just one of the clubs that are reportedly keen on a transfer deal.

Now amid all the speculation, Hargreaves has paid tribute to the Germany international and compared him to Chelsea hero Ballack and current Arsenal star Ozil: ‘He is special,’ Hargreaves told Goal.

‘He is the next one. ‘I think all the best German players stay in the Bundesliga for a while and then they go to the Premier League or Barcelona or Real Madrid.

‘Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, Toni Kroos and Mesut Ozil all travelled and did well. These Bundesliga talents are in high demand as they are well schooled and good professionals. He is the next one.

‘All eyes are on Haaland and Sancho but Kai Havertz is the one from a German perspective. He is special and he is like a hybrid of Michael Ballack and Mesut Ozil.

‘That says a lot in terms of his goals and elegance.

‘He is a super player and I think many fans will be watching him from England’s top six and thinking that a guy like him is good enough to go to their teams. He could play at Liverpool, Man United or Man City.

‘I think anyone watching him this weekend [against Borussia Monchengladbach] will say sign him up.

‘I would love to see Havertz go to Bayern but I think anyone would want him in their team.’

Fresh reports have claimed that Manchester United are interested in trying to sign Adama Traore in the summer window.

Manchester United have been linked with so many players over the last few months that most of us have forgotten the players that have been linked, but one thing is for certain, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer does need to improve his squad this summer.

And reports on the Le10 SPORT website has suggested that the United coach has been impressed by the powerful Traore and is ready to pay around £40 million in the summer window to take him to Old Trafford and get the full potential out of his powerful frame.

Nobody has ever doubted the 23-year-old’s talents, but for all the ability in his feet, all the power in his muscular frame, things didn’t always come together for the Wolves star.

However, he has managed to get things right over at Wolves and has almost become the finished article at the Champions league chasing side, with his power, skill, pace and delivery up there with some of the best in the Premier League.

Would Fans welcome him?

All players need to reach a point of maturity, He is in a great moment now, but he kept improving himself and his qualities to reach his best possible level, and we think he is ready for the jump to a big Premier League club.

Traore has a lot of work to do, but he is a raw talent that is producing on a weekly basis, and for the right price he could be a fantastic buy for any top club in the Premier League.

Reports have claimed Manchester United are lining up a move for Liverpool target Kalidou Koulibaly.

Koulibaly has been outstanding for Napoli over the past few seasons and his performances has attracted all sorts of interest from the games biggest clubs, with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid and even Barcelona all joining Arsenal in the chase for the defenders signature.

Liverpool are still waiting to find out if they will be handed that Premier League title that they fully deserve, but that has not stopped Jurgen Klopp lining up a possible of signings that will improve the side.

Liverpool fc may have one of the best defences in Europe right now, and have the best centre-back on the planet in the shape of Virgil Van Dijk, but Klopp knows that he needs to add another top-class defender to that back-line.

However, the TALKSPORT WEBSITE has claimed United are set to revive their interest in Napoli defender Koulibaly after finding out Liverpool want to sign him.

Koulibaly was heavily linked with a £100m move to Old Trafford before the club brought in Harry Maguire for £80m from Leicester last summer, but with the club seeking to improve that back-line, they will be looking to beat Liverpool to a possible transfer deal.

Look, Liverpool already have one of the very best defences in the game and adding a player next to Van Dijk at the back that is as good as Koulibaly, that would surely make the Reds unbeatable next season.

Maguire has also been impressing during his first season with Manchester United and if he managed to have a player like Koulibaly next to him at the back, United would also be a force in the Premier League next season.

If both sides are interested in trying to sign Koulibaly during the summer transfer window, it will be very interesting to see just whom he would choose if he has offers to make a move to either club.

He would be a world class signing for both side.
