Watch – Frank Lampard has more pressing issues at Chelsea than signing £90 million Havertz – do fans agree?

Frank Lampard has more pressing issues at Chelsea than signing Kai Havertz – Don HutchisonDon Hutchison had claimed.

Lampard knows that this current Chelsea side is not good enough to challenge for that Premier League title just yet, will struggle to keep pace with the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool next season, and is ready to spend some serious money.

Timo Werner has been brought in to add a few more goals to the attack, Hakim Ziyech has been signed to add something different on the wings and add a bit more creativity to the side, while Havertz is seen as an ideal replacement for Willian.

Willian wants to stay, Chelsea fans want him to stay, Lampard wants him to stay, but a contract Cannot be completed for the Brazilian, meaning that Havertz is seen as the ideal player to replace Willian at Chelsea this summer.

And in the video below, courtesy of the ESPN UK website, Shaka Hislop and Steve Nicol join Dan Thomas on ESPN FC to look at the latest rumours linking Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz to Chelsea.

And While Hutchison believes that most Premier League teams would want to sign Havertz this season, he argues that Frank Lampard has other areas to address in the Chelsea squad before thinking about Havertz.

Chelsea already have an exciting attack that will cause many teams troubles next season, but do Chelsea fans agree that they are not in the need of adding Havertz to the side just yet?
