Arsenal make Werner move – Gunners agree Tielemans terms – Leno all set to leave in Arsenal news of the day –

It has been claimed that Arsenal have enquired about a possible summer deal for Chelsea attacker Timo Werner

Werner contributed 11 goals and six assists in 37 appearances across all competitions last season – but has looked nothing like the player that dominated the Bundesliga just a few seasons ago

And it has been speculated this transfer window that he is open to leaving the club and seeking a fresh start – in hope that he can start banging in the goals – especially a sit is a world cup year

There have been a number of clubs linked with a move for the German – and it is believed that the club will allow him to depart Stamford Bridge if they receive anything over the asking price of £30 million.

Now the Football.London website have claimed that Arsenal are interested in a shock deal for Timo Werner – a player they wanted before he made that move to Stamford Bridge just a few seasons ago

Amid all the speculation – the Chelsea star has been told he needs to leave the club if he cannot handle the Premier League

Noel Whelan told Football Insider: “When he came in, everyone expected great things from him.

“We’ve not seen anything close to that. I think the Premier League has crept up on him, and he’s just realising how tough it is.

“You might be quick or have had success in other leagues – but you’re playing against international defenders week-in, week-out in England.

“He’s disappointed the Chelsea fans and definitely been a disappointment for the board – considering the money they paid for him.

“Now he’s getting that whinge about him. He’s making little comments.

“At the end of the day, if he’s not happy in the Premier League then he’s got to get out. Pace alone cannot help you.”

Tielemans terms agreed –

Arsenal have still not made a bid for Youri Tielemans despite agreeing personal terms with the Leicester City midfielder – according to CBS reporter Ben Jacobs.

Arsenal have been very active in the transfer market this summer window and have signed some players that have played at the highest level of the game – and has been successful at it

But it is believed that Arsenal will carry on spending this transfer window – and Tielemans is a player that is still on the shopping list of the Gunners and is a player that is keen on a move to the Emirates

There has been so much speculation regarding the future of the player – but one thing is for certain an that is Tielemans wants to leave Leicester and make that step up in the game to play for one of the big clubs

He is one of Brendan Rodgers’ key players at the King Power Stadium, and has been selected as captain in a few of the club’s pre-season friendlies, against Hull and Derby County – a sign of how highly they value the Belgian ace

But despite the fact that Arsenal have not yet an official bid to complete the signing of Tielemans – Jacobs has opened up and claimed that the Gunners have already agreed personal terms with the midfielder

Jacobs told GIVEMESPORT: “As Leicester have said and as I’ve said repeatedly, Arsenal have never made an offer for Youri Tielemans.

“What they have done is gone to the player and agreed personal terms, broadly speaking.

“What they do know is that Tielemans would like to move to Arsenal.”

Tielemans wants to join the Gunners – he would be an absolutely fantastic signing for the club guys that is for sure – so we are shocked to see that no official move has been made for the Gunners

He is one player that could make a difference for the side next season and one player they would be foolish to miss out on

Leno set to leave –

Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno is set to join Fulham this summer – according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

After Mikel Arteta brought Aaron Ramsdale to the Emirates last summer – the Englishman has developed into a top stopper and has easily become the number one goalkeeper at the club

Leno has had to sit on the bench on a number of occasions over the past 12 months and watch his career pass him by – as he was no longer wanted at the club and was just waiting until the summer to get a move away from the club

There have been a number of clubs show an interest in getting the German star all signed up – but it is Fulham that are about to win the race for Leno and are very close to coming to an agreement for the star

Now – amid all the reports – Jones has opened up and announced that it has been frustrating for Fulham to wrap up this transfer deal as it has been going on for a while now

Jones told GIVEMESPORT: “They’ve been trying to do this for weeks now, Fulham. I’ve spoken to some people close to the deal who said it has been very frustrating.

“Goalkeepers and centre-backs are two areas that they need to fix as a priority, and they’ve been looking to the Premier League for those solutions.”

There is no doubt that Leno is a top stopper – you dont play for the German National side unless you have some ability – but it is the right time for him to leave

There were bigger options out there than Fulham so it is a shock to see such a top-level stopper join the club – but it will be a good move for him to make as he will get the game time that he is craving

It will be a move that will reignite his career
