West Ham free to land world class coach after boss gets OFFICIALLY sacked

Massimiliano Allegri has been sacked by Juventus with immediate effect, opening the door for West Ham to try and make a move.

David Moyes is departing the club at the end of the season after the decision was made to not sign a new dela with the club – meaning that the Hammers have been linked with some world class bosses, including Allegri.

The Italian giants beat Atalanta in the Coppa Italia but questions marks over Allegri’s future have been raised after some of his actions during and after the match.

Sky Sports Italy are reporting that Allegri’s behaviour was not in line with the “Juventus style” and are now considering the decision of an early dismissal.

The clubs CEO Maurizio Scanavino will make a decision after consulting with John Elkann and club lawyers after announcing that Allegri will leave the club with immediate effect.

A Juventus statement said: “Juventus has announced that the club has relieved Massimiliano Allegri from his role as the men’s first team coach.

“The dismissal follows certain actions during and after the Italian Cup final which the club deemed incompatible with Juventus’ values and those who represent the club must adopt.

“His period at the club – after it began in 2014, resumed in 2021 – ends after three years following the Coppa Italia final.

“The club wishes Allegri the best of luck in his future projects.”

WEST HAM need a boss that is proven at the game – that has on countless trophies and that could help take the club to that next level – Allegri could be a very good option.

He is a man that is one of the best in the game and despite getting the sack from Juventus – he could be a very good option to replace Moyes.
