Brilliant 11-assist star West Ham keen on issues big transfer update
West Ham transfer target Cody Gakpo has admitted that it would be an honour to play at Manchester United
United – along with the likes of Chelsea and West Ham were just there three clubs most linked with a transfer move – but despite all the hype and all the speculation – he stayed at PSV.
However – there has been alot of speculation about his future in the past few weeks and whether or not the Red Devils will make a move to try and get a deal done – as Erik Ten Hag knows he needs to keep adding to his squad.
The 23-year-old has nine goals and 11 assists in 12 league outings and has been named Eredivisie Player of the Month for September and October.
Now – amid all the speculation – the talented attacker has come out and admitted that it would be an honour to play at Manchester United – but also admitted that he needs to join a club that is right for him.
Speaking to NOS [via Sport Witness] – he said: “PSV was always my dream club. As for the rest, I don’t really have one.
“Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool. It would be an honour to play there, but I also have to see what kind of team I would do best in.”

The Hammers have had big dreams of signing the gifted young man – so this will be a blow to their transfer plans as they know that they will not be able to compete with all those big clubs
But they can offer him a good wage and alot of game time – so there is still a chance
