West Ham interested in signing midfielder that could cost £30Million to sign!

West Ham are once again interested in signing Tyler Adams from West Ham in a deal that could cost the club £30 million

Now that Declan Rice has officially departed the club and made the move to Arsenal – the Hammers will now look to splash some of that £100 million they got for their former captain and improve the side.

There has been some names linked with a move to London Stadium – and Tyler Adams is a man that David Moyes has reportedly added to his shopping list for the next few weeks.

WHAT IS THE LATEST –

According to the Sky Sports website –  Adams is a man that Leeds would be open to letting go over the next few weeks of the window after their relegation from the Premier League last season.

He made 24 Premier League starts in 26 total appearances for Leeds in the 2022-23 campaign before a serious injury ruled him out of the Whites’ crucial run-in.

WHAT HAS BEEN SAID –

Amid all the speculation Gabby Agbonlahor recently Football Insider: “I do like Adams. He’s feisty, he’s got good legs in the middle, and he can play as well.

“West Ham have got to address all of their needs with this fee. They should be looking to get four players out of the £105million.

“They can go out and get two midfielders, another winger and a centre-back. Look at realistic targets. Ward-Prowse, Adams – they would be good value for money.

“It will be interesting to see what they do, but Tyler Adams would be a good signing.”

SHOULD WEST HAM SIGN ADAMS?

Look, the transfer window has been open for a while now and Moyes have not got the business done that he would have liked. Adams is a decent player – but not really the type of star that will make a difference.

For the money he would be a good WEST HAM squad member – nothing more than that.
