West Ham have made Bailly offer – Hammers tipped to sign nee player this week – Belotti makes summer decision in West Ham news of the day –

West Ham have seemingly missed out on the possible signing of Andrea Belotti after he reportedly agreed a move to Roma

West Ham boss David Moyes knew that he needed to sign a new striker this transfer window that will help out star man Mikhail Antonio – and had been linked with so many players over the past few months

But the Hammers managed to complete the signing of Italian striker Gianluca Scamacca – whose is rated very highly in the game and is a player that will probably be the number one hitman at the club next season.

But there has still been many reports in the media suggesting that West Ham are preparing an ambitious move to try and acquire the services of Italian International Belotti

The powerful forward has a proven track record of scoring goals at the very highest level for a sustained period of time – as the 41-capped Italy international has bagged 170 goals in 433 career games for club and country

He recently became a free agent and had a number of clubs interested in a deal – with The Hammers and Arsenal both interested in bringing him to the Premier League – but he looks set to stay in Italian football

According to reports on Calciomercato – he is all set to sign with Jose Mourinhos’s Roma

A two-year deal with the option of a further year until 2025 is said to be on the cards for Belotti – and it has been said that Roma is prepared to offer him £2.3million annually, which will eventually rise to £2.9m per year.

A decision is expected to be made next week, but Roma are confident at being able to secure his services.

If The Hammers did not sign Scamacca just a few weeks ago – then they may be a little disappointed – but that is not the case

Belotti would have been a very good free signing for the club – but West Ham have two quality strikers now at the club – so adding another is not high up on the list of things to do

Hammers make Bailly offer –

It has been claimed that West Ham have submitted an offer to try and sign Eric Bailly from Man United this summer

West Ham have completed moves for Nayef Aguerd, Gianluca Scamacca, Flynn Downes, and Alphonse Areola so far this summer – but David Moyes knows that he needs to keep on improving the side – especially after the injury picked up by Aguerd

The club chiefs are “fearful” that the centre-back could be ruled out until the World Cup – which kicks off on 21 November – after he had a successful operation on that ankle injury he picked up in pre-season

And that has led to suggestions that the Hammers were interested in signing Bailly from United – as he is expected to depart the Manchester giants this transfer window

Bailly signed a new deal in April last year that commits him to the club until the close of the 2023-24 campaign – but he is well down the pecking order at Old Trafford, and it has been claimed that they will sell for the right price

And IcFootballnews has learned that The Hammers have made an offer to get a deal done – although the Hammers will have a battle on their hands as Fulham have also made a move to get a deal done

He has made 113 appearances in his six years at Old Trafford after he joined from Villareal in 2016.

Bailly has been plagued by injuries during his time at Man United – but when he is fit and confident – he looks like a top-class defender

For the right amount of money – he could be a very decent addition to The Hammers side – if they manage to get a deal done

But despite all the speculation – we would not be surprised to see him stay in Manchester this summer

West Ham tipped to sign new player –

West Ham will sign a new player before the new Premier League season kicks off – Hammers fans have been told

David Moyes has been working on trying to sign players that have the ability to take the club to that next level this summer – and have done some pretty good transfer business so far

Last week saw the Hammers confirm the signing of Italian striker Gianluca Scamacca from Serie A side Sassuolo and the arrival of the £32 million purchase made it four transfers for the summer following the arrivals of Alphonse Areola, Flynn Downes and Nayef Aguerd.

However – the club have picked up a number of injuries this pre-season and Moyes knows that he needs to keep on spending that money in order to keep on improving the side

The Hammers have been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt winger Filip Kostic and Napoli attacking-midfielder Piotr Zielinski – while the club are still also interested in trying to sign Armando Broja from Chelsea

And now – amid the speculation – transfer guru Dean Jones has opened up and told fans that the club could sign a new player before the start of the season next week

When asked about the likelihood of a new frontman arriving, the transfer insider told GIVEMESPORT: “It might be a bit too optimistic.

“I think they will sign someone before the season begins but I don’t think it’d be a forward that they sign.”

The season is just around the corner and although we believe that new signings will be made this transfer window – we do not believe that will be this week as it takes longer than a few days for a deal to actually go though

But fans must be excited about who else could sign this summer that is for sure
